A creative media business focused on videography, video editing, and marketing content production, primarily serving dental practices, aesthetics clinics, and similar businesses.

The founder is currently handling most of the editing and graphics production personally and is now seeking a creative VA to help scale content production efficiently while maintaining the current visual style and quality.

  • Testimonial and marketing video editing
  • Content production support
  • Creative asset organization and management

The ideal VA should be creative, detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of matching existing editing and design styles while working independently with minimal supervision.

 

Core Responsibilities

  1. Social Media Graphic Design
  • Create engaging social media graphics based on existing design styles
  • Maintain consistency with previously created content
  • Design promotional posts, marketing creatives, and branded social media assets
  • Repurpose existing content into new graphic formats
  • Organize and manage graphic assets and templates
  • Assist in scaling creative output production efficiently

Important Note:

  • The client does not require strict corporate branding guidelines
  • Graphics should align with the current visual style already established
  • Creativity and consistency are highly valued

 

  1. Video Editing Support
  • Edit short-form marketing and testimonial videos
  • Assemble and organize raw footage into polished final outputs
  • Add transitions, captions, music, and light effects where appropriate
  • Edit videos optimized for social media platforms
  • Maintain a clean, modern, and professional editing style
  • Follow creative briefs and examples provided by the client
  • Assist in increasing video production capacity

 

  1. File Management & Collaboration
  • Download and organize raw footage from Dropbox or shared folders
  • Maintain organized project files and deliverables
  • Communicate efficiently regarding revisions and project updates
  • Collaborate closely with the founder to maintain creative consistency

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in short-form video editing
  • Experience creating social media graphics
  • Ability to match an existing creative style

  • Client is open to candidates with stronger skill sets even at the higher end of the rate range
  • Portfolios and sample work are highly important during the screening process
  • Trial/sample tasks may potentially be requested after portfolio review
