Graphic Designer

In this role, you will:

• Design high-quality, conversion-focused visual assets for both the Crypto Casino and Sportsbook platforms;

• Create engaging promotional banners and creatives for affiliate networks, social media, push notifications, and email campaigns;

• Maintain and evolve a consistent, premium brand identity across all digital touchpoints and marketing channels;

• Produce dynamic, event-driven graphics for the sportsbook, such as pre-match odds, major tournaments, and live betting promos;

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design visually appealing, high-converting landing pages;

• Develop custom thumbnails, tournament graphics, and VIP promotional materials tailored to a crypto-native audience;

• Provide multiple design variations for continuous A/B testing to maximize click-through rates (CTR) and user engagement;

• Create basic animations and rich media banners to enhance the visual appeal and performance of advertising campaigns;

• Ensure all graphics are properly optimized for fast web loading and comply with various ad network specifications;

• Manage multiple design requests simultaneously, delivering high-quality assets within tight deadlines for fast-paced sporting events.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Advanced Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (layers, smart objects, actions for fast batch production);

• Figma (banner/landing layouts, components, auto-layout, dev handoff);

• After Effects, basic-to-intermediate (simple animations, rich media banners, GIF/MP4 creatives);

• Understanding of HTML5 banners and ad network specs (file weight, formats, safe zones);

• Batch production experience - adapting one creative into 10+ sizes/languages quickly;

• Understanding of conversion-focused design principles (CTA placement, visual hierarchy, mobile/small-screen readability);

• Working knowledge of typography and brand guideline systems;

• Web file optimization (compression, WebP/PNG/SVG);

• iGaming/betting/crypto product experience, live sports event graphics;

• Fluent Ukrainian or Russian language, English B1-B2.
