About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership Graphic Designer to shape how HubFit looks and feels across all digital touchpoints. You will bridge the gap between world-class brand identity and high-converting performance marketing assets. You will focus your core design skills on high-impact static ads, email layouts, and striking product release graphics. If you possess elite fundamentals in typography, layout design, and minimalist SaaS aesthetics, and you want to build a premier visual system for a fast-growing platform, you will thrive here.
What You'll Do
Performance Marketing Creative: Design high-converting static assets for Meta ads, email campaigns, and paid marketing channels. You will focus on creating scroll-stopping layouts built to drive high click-through rates and clear user action.
Brand & Product Graphics: Create beautiful, platform-native graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, and major new feature announcements that showcase HubFit as a premier, top-tier tech platform.
Creative Iteration: Partner directly with the performance marketing team to analyze asset data. You will quickly execute visual variants, test different messaging hierarchies, and swap out underperforming imagery based on real ad account performance.
Design Systems & Templates: Build and maintain a comprehensive library of reusable templates, components, and brand guidelines to keep our presentation flawless and maximize daily design velocity.
What You'll Bring
Visual Design Experience: 2+ years of professional design experience, ideally in-house or agency side with exposure to SaaS, consumer apps, or modern tech brands.
Elite Core Fundamentals: A portfolio showing deep mastery of typography, grid layouts, color hierarchy, and a strong balance of promotional graphics and clean brand systems.
Modern Tool Fluency: Expert proficiency in modern digital design platforms and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) to cleanly manage design libraries and static assets.
High Ownership: A proactive operator comfortable translating creative briefs into polished, on-brand assets with absolute autonomy. You move fast and welcome data feedback on your designs.

Experience designing organic social carousels and slide decks that tell a compelling story.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools to speed up asset ideation, image editing, or layout exploration.
