Position Summary

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual assets for digital, print, social media, presentations, advertising campaigns, corporate communications, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate combines creativity with strong technical design skills and has the ability to translate ideas into impactful visual experiences.

Salary Range: $55,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.


Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Development

  • Design visually compelling graphics for digital and print media.
  • Create marketing materials including brochures, flyers, infographics, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Develop creative concepts aligned with company branding and business goals.
  • Produce engaging visuals that communicate complex scientific and healthcare information.
  • Maintain consistency across all branded materials.

Digital Marketing Design

  • Design graphics for social media platforms, email campaigns, websites, and digital advertising.
  • Create website banners, landing page graphics, and promotional content.
  • Develop visual assets for online campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Optimize graphics for multiple digital platforms and devices.

Brand Management

  • Ensure adherence to company brand guidelines.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all communication channels.
  • Support brand development initiatives and corporate identity projects.
  • Assist in evolving and enhancing brand standards.

Presentation & Corporate Communications

  • Design executive presentations, investor materials, and corporate communications.
  • Create charts, diagrams, and visual storytelling assets.
  • Develop professional presentation templates.
  • Support internal communication projects.

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Work closely with marketing, communications, business development, and leadership teams.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative strategy discussions.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions effectively.

Production & Quality Control

  • Prepare final artwork for digital publication and print production.
  • Ensure design files meet quality and technical specifications.
  • Review materials for accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain organized project files and design assets.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical design capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Excellent visual communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries.
