About the Role-

We are a performance marketing agency looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern who is eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced digital environment.

This is a full-time internship designed for individuals who want real exposure to performance marketing creatives, brand communication, and digital advertising design.

What You’ll Work On-

• Designing creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, etc.)
  

• Creating performance marketing ad creatives and campaign visuals
  

• Assisting in brand identity and visual communication projects
  

• Designing banners, carousels, thumbnails, and marketing assets
  

• Collaborating with marketing and content teams
  

• Understanding creative performance and optimizing designs accordingly
  

Tools & Technology-

We actively encourage learning and experimentation with latest design tools and technologies, including:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  

• Canva / Figma or similar tools
  

• AI-powered design tools and workflows
  

We appreciate and encourage the use of AI tools to enhance creativity, improve efficiency, and explore innovative design approaches.

Requirements

• Students or fresh graduates in Design, Media, or related fields
  

• Strong design sense, creativity, and attention to detail
  

• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles
  

• Passion for digital marketing and advertising creatives
