AI Summary

You will own the end-to-end design process for performance-driven social media ads, creating diverse assets that resonate with clinicians. You will collaborate with performance marketers to analyze data and iterate on designs to optimize campaign effectiveness.

We’re Heidi.

We're building the future of healthcare by giving every clinician the earth's finest AI Care Partner. In just 18 months, our clinical AI products have absorbed the administrative chaos of 73 million patient visits. Today, we support over 2.5 million patient sessions a week across 190+ countries.

Healthcare systems are failing us; clinicians spend more time on documentation than on patients, and the human connection that makes medicine worth practicing is eroding. Our mission is simple: double the world’s healthcare capacity and strengthen the human connection at its heart.

We found product-market fit with a freemium medical scribe that clinicians love. Now, we're expanding. Every task a clinician hands to Heidi is a patient who feels more attended to, a health system unclogged, and a clinician who gets to be a clinician again.

If you don’t choose easy and you want to build something way bigger than yourself then, choose the challenge, choose Heidi.

The role

We're looking for a Digital Designer with a sharp eye for layout and type, and a real instinct for what makes someone stop on paid social.

This is a hands-on, Meta-first role where you'll get to make a lot of work and see what actually resonates. You'll design static and carousel ads, build creative from case studies, brand shoots, and lo-fi creator and UGC assets, and find new ways to turn one strong idea into a set of genuinely different executions.

You'll understand how Meta's Andromeda system has changed the role of creative. We're not interested in producing endless 1% tweaks that the algorithm sees as essentially the same ad. You'll help us build meaningful creative diversity across formats, visual treatments and design principles, giving Meta more distinct signals to match the right creative with the right person.

The pace is high, but that's part of what makes the role exciting. You'll have the freedom to experiment, test ideas quickly and see the results of your work in the real world. You'll work closely with the people spending the budget, so you'll know exactly which designs earned attention, drove action and scaled. Then you'll take those learnings and make the next round even stronger.

You'll also have plenty of room to shape the creative. We want someone who brings references, spots opportunities and has ideas of their own, not someone who's simply waiting for the next brief.

Reporting into the Senior Creative Strategist, this is a great role for someone who loves making impactful creative, wants to get even better at performance design, and likes seeing their ideas out in the world.

What you’ll do

  • Own the design, end to end

Take an idea from a rough brief through to something ready to put spend behind. You'll own the layout, type, colour, image treatment and export, bringing everything together into polished, platform-native creative.

  • Turn one idea into a real test

A single concept should give us a set of meaningfully different executions, not one hero asset followed by ten tiny variations. You'll understand Meta's Andromeda system and why creative diversity matters, using different hooks, messages, formats, imagery and visual treatments to create distinct assets the algorithm can learn from and optimise against.

  • Make raw assets work

Creator content, screenshots, product UI, stock and clinical photography all arrive imperfect. You'll find what's usable and turn it into thumb-stopping creative.

  • See exactly how your creative performs

You'll work closely with creative strategists and performance marketers to understand what's spending, what's scaling and what's getting scrolled past. You'll have access to real performance data and use those insights to influence what you make next.

  • Bring your own ideas

Bring references. Pitch formats. Challenge a brief if you think there's a stronger way in. Spot an emerging trend and figure out how Heidi could make it our own. You're joining as a designer, but we want your creative thinking too.

  • Keep things moving

You'll be part of a collaborative team producing creative across multiple markets and campaigns. You'll communicate clearly, flag blockers early and keep projects organised so ideas can move from brief to live quickly.

  • Build systems, not one-offs

Templates, components, moodboards and a Figma file the next person can actually use. If you've made the same adjustment three times by hand, build the shortcut and share it with the team. We're open to anything that removes repetitive work, AI tools included.

  • Make the work land in every market

We run creative across 10+ markets, and a headline that performs in Australia can fall flat in Germany. You'll partner with our localisation team to understand what differs between them, from language and health systems to what reads as credible, then adjust the layout, copy treatment and imagery so each version performs where it runs.

What you'll need

  • 3–5 years of design experience, whether in-house, agency or freelance, with a portfolio that shows range, strong craft and an instinct for creative that gets attention

  • Strong design fundamentals. Type, layout, hierarchy, colour and grid. You can design multiple iterations that feel different yet still sit within the brand guidelines

  • Meta and Andromeda literate. You understand how Meta's creative delivery has evolved, why creative diversity matters, and how to turn one idea into meaningfully different executions rather than minor iterations

  • Performance-minded. You care whether your work actually worked and can use performance data to understand what's resonating, what to iterate and where there's an opportunity to scale

  • Platform native. You spend time in the feeds and instinctively understand the difference between something made for social and something simply placed there

  • Fluent in Figma, and comfortable enough in the Adobe suite to handle image work when the job calls for it

  • Creative and full of ideas. You notice interesting formats, references and trends and naturally think about how Heidi could make them our own

  • Tool flexible. You'll use whatever gets you to the best result and you're curious about new tools, including AI

  • Fast, organised and communicative. You're comfortable juggling multiple projects and keeping things moving without sacrificing craft

  • An instinct for Heidi's audience. Clinicians are busy. You can find the idea that earns attention from someone scrolling during a five-minute break between patients

  • Resourceful and curious. You're comfortable experimenting, learning quickly and making great work without needing perfect conditions

  • Hungry to learn. You'll work closely with performance marketers and creative strategists, absorbing what makes creative perform while bringing your own craft and perspective to the team

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing landing pages or conversion-focused web work

  • Experience in health, wellness, finance or another category where accuracy is non-negotiable

How we show up

  • Build for the next decade, not next quarter. Our targets are outrageous on purpose. The world's health doesn't have the luxury of incrementalism.

  • Lead, don't wait. We treat tomorrow's problems today. Sometimes we build what's needed before it's wanted, and we're fine with that.

  • Follow the evidence. Trust the patient. We pursue truth relentlessly. But when the subjective and objective disagree, we treat the patient, not the numbers. Ego is a comorbidity we can't afford.

  • Own the outcome. Everyone here carries the company. Raise problems with solutions, solve them end-to-end, and never be a bystander.

  • Ship, measure, go again. A button today, a workflow tomorrow. More iterations beat better planning. We're precise at pace, not reckless.

  • Live in clinicians' reality. Not the ideal workflow, the twenty-patients-before-lunch actual one. We build for exhausted humans, and we'd better be decent ones while we do it.

Why Heidi?

You’ll join a team focused on real-world impact over imaginary valuations and glossy PR. We live and breathe the challenges of modern health systems, and are laser-focused on exacting the change we’d like to see. We’re medicos, engineers, builders, and designers who’ve felt the moral and practical toll of what non-care feels like. True A-players progress extremely fast here. The nature of the scale-up game is demanding, but we value sustainable performance and mental health. You're trusted to perform, and you set your schedule. We operate on outcomes > inputs, not process theatre. We all take the bins out, metaphorically and literally.

Building what we’re building isn’t always easy. But we didn’t choose easy, we chose to build something that actually matters. We hold ourselves to a higher standard because healthcare demands it. If you join Heidi, you recognise that the deeper question isn’t whether AI can solve the global healthcare crisis, but whose hands will shape it. The work is hard, but you will trust and admire the people you work beside, and rest easy knowing you’re doing the defining work of your career.

We take care of you.
We offer a ₱15,000 annual learning and development budget, a ₱3,000/month health and wellness allowance, a ₱10,000 home office budget, 26 weeks paid primary parental leave and 18 weeks paid secondary parental leave, fertility support up to ₱150,000, four weeks of work from anywhere per year, and comprehensive HMO coverage for you and up to two dependents.

We chose to open-source our benefits hub, if you care to take a peek.
