• Assist with research, data gathering, and organizational efforts supporting the Government Affairs Department.
• Develop an understanding of each district's unique utilization of consultants.
• Maintain and organize consultant agreement, reports, and related documentation within a centralized repository.
• Review consultant agreements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and current applicability.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the master consultant PowerPoint resource, creating a centralized reference for consultant engagement across all districts.
• Analyze consultant scopes of work to clearly document services provided and areas of expertise.
• Collaborate closely with the Research and Administrative Assistant to ensure effective communication, coordination, and project support.
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Government, Political Science, or similar
• Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative
• Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time
• Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity
• Passion for safety, with the ability to help us ensure that nobody gets hurt
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
