Key Responsibilities
- Administer Google Workspace environments, including users, groups, organizational units, roles, domains, and security settings.
- Manage user lifecycle processes, access provisioning, authentication, account security, and deprovisioning.
- Configure and troubleshoot SSO, directory synchronization, identity federation, and access integrations.
- Enforce security and compliance policies across Google Workspace.
- Troubleshoot complex authentication, Admin Console, configuration, and access issues.
- Resolve medium-to-complex technical problems across cloud, infrastructure, identity, and security technologies.
- Support infrastructure provisioning, server and service administration, directories, storage, and configuration management.
- Leverage automation, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps practices to improve infrastructure management.
- Independently manage small technical projects from start to finish.
- Provide advanced technical support and mentor Technical Support Representatives on complex configuration and troubleshooting scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional infrastructure, cloud, security, and technical support teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Google Admin Console, user lifecycle management, organizational units, groups, roles, and domain settings.
- Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), SSO, directory synchronization, authentication, and access provisioning.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with complex identity, security, and Google Workspace issues.
- Experience enforcing security policies and compliance controls.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, hybrid cloud environments, and enterprise IT operations.
- Experience with infrastructure automation, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps practices.
- Ability to independently resolve complex technical issues with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience mentoring technical support personnel and serving as a subject matter expert is highly preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience may be considered.
Relevant Google Cloud, Google Workspace, identity/security, cloud, or infrastructure certifications are a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $46.00 to $58.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
