Role Summary
We are hiring a Google Ads App Growth Manager to scale our mobile app (Thermer) through data-driven campaigns focused on high-quality users, not just installs.
This is a growth role, not just ad operations.
Role Type: Freelancer / Part-time / Contract
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (App Campaigns)
· Focus on post-install metrics (activation, retention, revenue)
· Run 2–4 experiments per week (creatives, audiences, bidding)
· Scale budget while maintaining low CPI + high quality users
· Develop and test benefit-driven creatives
· Use AI tools for faster execution and insights
· Collaborate with or hire designers (via Fiverr / Upwork)
· Understand app, user journey, and personas deeply
· Submit weekly reports with insights and next actions
Success Metrics (KPIs)
· CPI → Stable or decreasing
· Activation → Increasing
· Retention (D7/D30) → Increasing
· Experiments/week → 2–4
· Data-driven decisions → 100%
