Job Title: Global Trade Compliance (GTC) Risk Operations
Position Type: 1 Year contract
Location: Remote in US
Salary - $38- $40/hr on W2

Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin (Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China)

Job Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience in Risk, AML, Compliance, Fraud, or related operations within fintech, banking, payments, e-commerce, MSB, or financial services, with practical experience in areas such as KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, merchant or product risk review, enhanced due diligence, SAR preparation, or regulatory reporting.
Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with sound professional judgment and attention to detail.
Proficient in data extraction, analysis, and reporting; experience with SQL, Excel, BI tools, or similar analytical tools is preferred.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across functions, regions, and time zones in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; CAMS or equivalent certification is preferred.
