In a competitive global talent market, speed and quality in early-stage recruitment are critical to securing the right hires. This role exists to drive a scalable and efficient recruitment process from approved job requisition to qualified shortlist globally across NOVENCO's markets. The role ensures high quality in the early stages of the recruitment process through structured requirement clarification, professional screening, active sourcing and consistent process management.
The role serves as a central capability within People & Culture, supporting both the team and hiring managers by ensuring that only relevant and qualified candidates are progressed in the hiring process.
Drive early stage recruitment from approved requisition to qualified shortlist across global markets, ensuring consistent quality and reduced time-to-shortlist.
Facilitate structured intake meetings with hiring managers, clarifying requirements and challenging assumptions to align role expectations with market realities.
Lead job posting and ATS setup in TeamTailor, ensuring disciplined pipeline management, accurate data tracking and scalable recruitment processes.
Screen applications and conduct structured interviews, assessing motivation, competencies and fit while making independent progression and rejection decisions.
Proactively source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, strengthening pipeline quality and expanding talent reach.
Present focused candidate shortlists to hiring managers and drive momentum through follow-ups, ensuring timely feedback and efficient process progression.
Maintain and continuous improve the recruitment process and structure
• 3+ years in recruiting with strong sourcing, screening and stakeholder management experience.
• Structured process mindset with hands-on experience using ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter effectively.
• Strong business acumen with ability to challenge hiring needs and translate them into realistic candidate profiles.
• Strong English and a clear communicator who manages expectations and builds trust across diverse, global stakeholders.
• High resilience and prioritization ability in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent recruitments.

This role is based at our Mumbai officer or working fully remote. You will join a Groupwide People & Culture function supporting a global organization, working closely with hiring managers across regions, Europe, APAC and America. The role reports into People & Culture and operates remotely from India with primary collaboration across mostly European time zones.
