ClearStar is looking for an experienced Operations Specialist II to support complex background screening operations, escalated case management, and compliance-focused workflows. This role is critical to ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency across our global operations teams while helping deliver a strong client experience.

Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. ClearStar is committed to pay equity and transparency. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications in relation to the requirements of the role.
