About the Role

The Global Operations Specialist supports the day-to-day operations of our Global Solutions portfolio, helping ensure accommodations meet company standards and are guest-ready. This role coordinates utilities, parking, housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, vendors, and property relationships while partnering with internal teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate utility setup, service changes, Wi-Fi upgrades, and issue resolution for Global Solutions accommodations.
• Manage guest parking arrangements, reservations, usage tracking, and billing coordination.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, and corrective actions to ensure accommodations are ready for guest arrivals.
• Build strong relationships with property management teams and service vendors while coordinating property access and building requirements.
• Track operational tasks, cases, service requests, and accommodation readiness using Salesforce and other company systems.
• Review operational reports and dashboards to manage priorities and ensure service timelines are met.
• Partner with Guest Services, Operations, Global Leasing, Accounting, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Provide timely updates, documentation, and handoffs for open items and service recovery efforts.
• Independently manage assigned work, priorities, deadlines, and escalations.
• Participate in weekend and holiday operational coverage as needed.

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in hospitality, global mobility, serviced accommodations, relocation services, property management, or operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong communication, organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Flexibility to participate in weekend and holiday coverage as business needs require.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience with Salesforce, Oscar, or similar operational platforms.
