As Global Director Life Cycle Services, you will have the opportunity to lead one of the most strategically important areas of our business.

Your tasks

Leading through a global organization of more than 600 Life Cycle Services professionals, including approximately 450 field service technicians, you will work closely with regional leaders to align strategic priorities, strengthen commercial performance, and ensure consistent execution across the business.

As key areas of focus, you will:

  • Define and execute the global Life Cycle Services strategy

  • Accelerate growth across service, aftermarket, spare parts, modernization, and recurring revenue offerings

  • Strengthen lifecycle value creation through increased installed-base penetration and customer retention

  • Support the continued development of service sales capabilities and commercial excellence across regions

  • Expand digital and data-enabled service solutions that enhance customer outcomes

  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across the global organization

  • Develop scalable frameworks, capabilities, and best practices that support long-term growth

  • Partner closely with regional leadership teams to balance global alignment with local market needs

Your profile

We are particularly interested in individuals who have led service, aftermarket, lifecycle services, customer support, or related businesses within international organizations where customer relationships, installed-base growth, and long-term value creation are critical to success. Experience may have been gained within sectors such as industrial equipment, material handling, automation, building technologies, elevators, manufacturing, or other service-intensive environments.

You are likely to bring:

  • Significant leadership experience within a service-oriented business

  • A strong commercial mindset and a track record of growing service-related revenue streams

  • Experience translating strategy into execution within a global or matrix organization

  • The ability to influence across functions, regions, and stakeholder groups

  • An analytical and customer-focused approach to decision-making

  • A leadership style that builds trust, develops capability, and enables collaboration
