Job Summary / Introduction

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through professional networks, sourcing platforms, referrals, communities, and other legitimate recruiting channels.
• Screen and evaluate prospective candidates before submission.
• Submit and endorse qualified candidates for suitable opportunities.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive candidate experience.
• Track candidate submissions and hiring progress through RecruiterGrounds.
• Choose the opportunities you want to work on based on your experience, network, and recruiting specialties.
• Follow RecruiterGrounds submission guidelines and professional standards.

This is an independent freelance opportunity with no fixed working hours or required schedule.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, sourcing, staffing, HR, executive search, or a related field.
• Ability to identify, engage, and screen qualified candidates.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own recruiting activity.
• Access to professional networks, sourcing platforms, candidate communities, referrals, or other legitimate sourcing channels.
• Strong professional communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Comfortable with a performance-based freelance recruiting model rather than traditional salaried employment.

Recruiters with specialized industry expertise, strong professional networks, or international recruiting experience are especially encouraged to apply.
