Global ERP Business Analyst

Overview

Kemin is seeking an experienced Global ERP Business Analyst who will be responsible for supporting M3 related projects, Leading M3 system and user acceptance testing, Training and documentation of M3 standard usage. In this position you will lead BA on projects of the highest degree of complexity and provide guidance to others. Responsible for multiple functional areas, this position has understanding of the most complex areas of M3 and understands technical areas also. Responsible to set standards and sign off on others work.

You will also be a trusted expert with ten or more years of experience who makes decisions in their functional areas and consults with BU’s independently on issues of the highest level of complexity.

This role is open to applicants from a defined set of global locations. We are currently accepting candidates based in the United States, India and South America all of whom may work fully remotely with no relocation required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with colleagues, BU executives and users to provide:
  • Strategic direction for Global M3 roadmap
  • Knowledge, understanding and documentation of the use of M3 to support the standard Kemin business processes.
  • Proactively Initiate and support business process improvements in Kemin standard business processes, improving them to be industry best practices, in M3 and related tools.
  • Creation of new business processes and corresponding usage of M3 to achieve the business needs while meeting the information needs of Kemin.
  • Provide process flows, gap and other analysis
• Lead Analyst in M3 related projects in functional area of expertise
  • Including M3 upgrades, patches, new modules, integrations and any M3 related systems
  • Review and approve Business Analysis Plans and related documents
  • Lead BA on Complex and highly technical projects
  • Manage requirements and approve changes
• Auditing & Setting M3 Standard Usage
  • Review & approve documentation and training sessions
  • Sets and Audits M3 Standards
  • Proactively identifies new standards
• Leading M3 system and user acceptance testing ISO-222 Rev. 1 08/01/2010
  • Develop & Approve others test plans
  • Create automated test scripts using ATA software
  • Communicate with colleagues and users
  • Design and Lead Global testing

Qualifications

• Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree combined with 10+ years of experience in M3 or Associates Degree combined with 15+ years of experience in M3
• Expert-level proficiency in at least 10 M3 functional areas, with intermediate knowledge in at least 3 others
• M3 Cloud experience required
• M3 Security and M3 Interface Development experience require
• Understanding of related professional standards (for example GAAP for finance)
• At least 10 years of experience in business analysis knowledge
• Extensive understanding and experience applying business analysis doctrines and analyzing global business models
• CBAP designation, Agile (CSM or similar) designation or ITIL Foundation certification are preferred.
• Ability to set and manage changing priorities to meet expectations
• Understanding of business processes, best practices, and change management
• Understanding and experience with Automated Testing systems
• Understanding project management disciplines
