Global Benefits Specialist

About the position:

We're looking for a Global Benefits Specialist to join Netskope's Global Employee Growth, Benefits & Well-being team. This role is the operational backbone of our international benefits program: processing enrollments, maintaining data integrity, and making sure every employee transaction is handled accurately and on time. Job Responsibilities

• Process benefit enrollments and employee transactions across an assigned portfolio of countries
• Administer and coordinate with international benefits vendors, ensuring timely and accurate execution of programs
• Maintain and update employee data in Netskope's HRIS, ensuring data integrity across systems
• Reconcile vendor invoices and support payroll processes related to benefits deductions
• Maintain documentation and prepare operational reports for the international benefits team
• Respond to employee inquiries with clear, timely, and accurate support

Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a similar operational/transactional role
• Experience with HRIS systems, including data entry and data integrity practices
• Strong Excel and reconciliation skills (e.g., matching invoices to enrollment/transaction data)
• Business-level English fluency
• High attention to detail and comfort with process-driven, transactional work under deadlines

Preferred Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• Experience with international or multi-country benefits administration
• Experience with invoice reconciliation or payroll-adjacent processes
• Prior experience in a global, matrixed organization
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well with a geographically distributed team

Education & Travel Expectations

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Master's degree or HR certifications are a plus.
• This is a fully remote position with very limited travel.
