German Speaking Travel Support Advisor | Relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria

We are hiring German-speaking Travel Support Advisors to join our international teams in Sofia, Bulgaria.

In this role, you will support German-speaking travelers with bookings, travel questions, and service-related requests. You will help customers before, during, and after their travel experience while delivering excellent support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide German-language support to travelers via phone, email, and/or chat.
• Assist customers with bookings, reservations, and travel-related questions.
• Provide accurate information about services and policies.
• Handle changes, requests, and customer concerns.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level).
• Good English communication skills.
• Interest in travel and customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using digital systems.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, or already living in Bulgaria.
• Previous travel, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage.
