We are actively recruiting enthusiastic, service-driven German-Speaking Guest Relations Consultants to join our energetic, diverse workforce.
In this position, you will represent an industry-leading international online travel platform. - Digital Navigation Assistance: Helping users comfortably navigate our web tools, user accounts, and smartphone applications.
- Record Upkeep: Inputting precise details of user interactions and resolutions into our centralized CRM database.
