Daily Responsibilities
As an integral part of our German-speaking support division, you will manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Your core duties will involve:
- Reservation Management: Assisting travelers with booking setups, itinerary adjustments, cancellations, and tailored travel requests.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting discrepancies involving payments, processing refunds, and resolving policy misunderstandings with patience and tact.
- B2B Property Support: Serving as a reliable point of contact for hotel and accommodation partners needing assistance with backend systems, availability updates, or rate configurations.
- Platform Guidance: Directing users effortlessly through digital interfaces, desktop portals, and mobile applications.
- Documentation: Keeping meticulous records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolved cases within the company database.
What We Are Looking For
We want an empathetic, collaborative, and digitally savvy professional who loves the tourism sector, works excellently independently, and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Linguistic Proficiency: High-level fluency (written and oral) in German, alongside a strong command of English (B2 minimum) for internal training and corporate communication.
- Work Eligibility: Valid EU citizenship or an existing, unrestricted legal right to live and work in Greece.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort using modern office software, navigating multiple databases simultaneously, and learning new digital tools quickly.
- Interpersonal Excellence: A naturally helpful disposition, high emotional intelligence, and a strong collaborative spirit.
- Background: Previous experience in call centers, hospitality, guest relations, or travel agencies is welcomed but not mandatory. We provide a complete, fully salaried virtual training program to set you up for success.
Financial Package & Compensation
We provide an excellent, legally structured remuneration package designed to ensure financial security and incentivize high performance:
- Base Remuneration: €1,380 Gross per month.
- 14-Salary Annual Guarantee: In line with Greek employment regulations, you will receive two additional full salaries per year (distributed around the Christmas, Easter, and summer holiday periods).
- Performance Incentives: Monthly KPI bonuses tied directly to service quality and operational achievements.
- Meal Allowance: Monthly food vouchers to supplement your daily living expenses.
