German Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant | Relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria

We are looking for German-speaking Rent-a-Car Consultants to join our international teams in Sofia, Bulgaria.

In this role, you will assist German-speaking customers with car rental inquiries, reservations, and support requests. You will help customers throughout their rental journey by providing accurate information and finding the best solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to German-speaking customers regarding car rental services.
• Assist with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and general inquiries.
• Provide information about rental policies, vehicles, and services.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level).
• Good English skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with computer systems.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, or already living in Bulgaria.
• Previous experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality is an advantage.
