We are looking for a sharp, data-driven Performance Copywriter / Marketing Generalist who knows how to crack the psychology of skeptical audiences and turn words into pure ROAS.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Your copy is the bridge between a product and a conversion. In this role, you will:

• Write High-Converting Copy: Craft compelling advertorials and long-form sales copy for D2C health, wellness, and beauty products (e.g., probiotic skincare, joint supplements, anti-stress drinks). Your target audience is often 45+, highly skeptical, and has been burned before—your job is to earn their trust and convert them.
• Uncover Winning Angles: Deep-dive into customer reviews, forums, support tickets, and ad data to find the true underlying buying motives. You turn these insights into unignorable hooks.
• Co-Create with AI Pipelines: Leverage our advanced internal AI pipelines to generate initial drafts, then use your human brilliance to polish them so smoothly that nobody would ever guess AI was involved. (Pure AI outputs without a human touch are strictly taboo here).
• Own Your Data & Metrics: Analyze your own numbers. If an advertorial is stalling due to weak CTR, you quickly diagnose whether it's the hook, the lead, or the angle, and have the next variation live within 24 hours.
• Deliver Speed & Volume: We test fast and frequently. You know how to balance speed with quality—understanding that perfectionism in the wrong place costs money, but in the right place, it brings massive ROAS.

Your Profile

Must-Haves

• Experience: 2–3+ years of professional experience in Direct-Response or Performance Copywriting (Full-time or Freelance), ideally within a fast-paced agency or D2C environment.
• Language: Native-level German (C2) is non-negotiable; very good English skills are highly beneficial.
• Core Toolkit: Complete mastery of direct-response mechanics: Hook, Problem-Agitation-Solution (PAS), Mechanism, Social Proof, Objection Handling, and strong CTAs. You naturally think in ad formats.
• Mindset: Highly self-motivated, organized, and reliable. You thrive without micromanagement and respect deadlines. You possess a strong growth mindset and an analytical drive to read performance data.
• AI Adaptability: Enthusiastic about using AI tools to streamline routine tasks, combined with the editorial skill to upgrade drafts to human-grade brilliance.

Nice-to-Haves

• Proven experience with Advertorials and Native Ads (Taboola, Outbrain).
• Niche knowledge in the Health, Beauty, or Supplement industries.
