As a Partner Technical Solutions Consultant with German and English, you will be a part of a great team and all together will:

  • Assist partners with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via ticketing system and regular outbound calls
  • Deliver outstanding partner service
  • Achieve great customer experience and satisfaction
  • Identify and understand partner needs
  • Work as a trusted point of contact for partners

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (spoken and written).
  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Interest in technology, software, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Comfortable working with computers, technical platforms, and multiple software applications.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Previous experience in technical support, IT, customer success, partner support, or consulting is an advantage but not required.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if currently living abroad.
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
