Are you fluent in German and looking for an exciting international career opportunity abroad?

We are hiring German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our international teams in Sofia, Bulgaria.

In this role, you will support German-speaking customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer experiences. You will work from a modern office in Sofia alongside colleagues from different cultures and backgrounds.

This opportunity is open to candidates who are already living in Bulgaria or are interested in relocating to Sofia. If relocation is required, we will support you throughout the process and help you start your new career abroad.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and/or chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate solutions.
  • Assist customers with product, account, and service-related questions.
  • Document customer interactions in internal systems.
  • Follow company procedures and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with international teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level).
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, or already living in Bulgaria.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset and professional attitude.
  • Comfortable working with computers and digital tools.
  • Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required.
