Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to commercial vehicles, including specifications, availability, and purchasing processes.
• Handle order processing, returns, and warranty issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to streamline the customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services, along with industry trends.
• Document customer interactions and effectively communicate feedback to relevant departments for service improvement.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve them efficiently.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A passion for the automotive industry and a willingness to learn about commercial vehicles.
