Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this position.
• Valid EU passport or right to work in the EU.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering excellence in every client interaction.
• Professional proficiency in English for inter-departmental communication.
