Your Main Tasks

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and claims expert, ensuring international compliance standards and providing exceptional peace of mind to our policyholders.

• Policy Expert: Give professional advice on different insurance products—like car, liability, and property insurance—to make sure customers have the right coverage.
• Claims Support: Guide customers through the claims process with clear info and a helpful attitude during stressful situations.
• Build Loyalty: Keep customers happy by reviewing their coverage and providing excellent account support.
• Technical Accuracy: Use specialized insurance software to manage customer data under strict German privacy rules (GDPR).
• Team Input: Help our remote team stay excellent by suggesting ways to improve our daily work processes.

What We Are Looking For

We want an analytical, empathetic, and organized professional who can handle sensitive financial details with the highest level of confidentiality.

Minimum Requirements:

• Languages: Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level) to explain complex contract details, plus professional English (B2 level) for team reports.
• Analytical Skills: The ability to look at complex information and give smart, high-value advice to customers.
• Calm Under Pressure: The strength to stay professional and helpful when dealing with expensive claims or sensitive questions.
• Self-Discipline: A proven ability to stay productive and keep customer information private while working entirely from home.
• Background: Experience in finance, insurance, or law is a big plus, but not required—we provide a full training academy for the right candidates.
