Role Overview

In this role, you will be driving the initial stages of the sales pipeline, engaging with businesses in the German market, and applying strategic lead generation and qualification methodologies to fuel growth. This position offers the ultimate flexibility of working 100% remotely from anywhere in Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted cold calling and outbound outreach to prospective clients within the German business sector.
  • Utilize lead generation and qualification methodologies to identify high-potential business opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted consultant, understanding client needs and presenting tailored digital advertising solutions.
  • Manage, track, and update potential client databases consistently to meet and exceed pipeline KPIs.

Requirements

  • Languages: Native or proficient level of German paired with an upper-intermediate level of English (B2 minimum).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Cold Calling Sales Experience, ideally gained within the tech, SaaS, or digital advertising industries.
  • Skills: Solid knowledge of business development, resilient mindset, goal-oriented attitude, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Location: Must be located in or ready to relocate to Bulgaria.

Work Model & Location

  • Work Model: 100% Remote (Work from the comfort of your home anywhere in Bulgaria).
  • Hub Location: Administrative offices are located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
