Join Accenture’s Global Legal Network (GLN) as a Geographic Legal Counsel Senior Analyst! GLN is a group of professionals operating globally from 10 countries. This role is within the Geographic Compliance & Corporate (GCC) team, and they provide comprehensive support to legal and business teams which includes support on Accenture policies and processes, legal research, legal judgements, using various tools and methodologies focused on internal policy compliances, risk mitigation and contract execution.

YOUR MISSION:

• Provide legal advice and support to Corporate Functions and business teams on a broad range of local and global legal matters.

• Advise on compliance-related topics, including ethics & compliance, anti-corruption, competition law, data privacy, intellectual property, conflicts of interest, and regulatory requirements.

• Review legal and compliance risks, recommend practical solutions, and ensure adherence to applicable laws, policies, and governance frameworks.

• Support local and global data privacy initiatives by identifying legal risks and advising on compliance with privacy regulations and company policies.

• Manage corporate governance and entity matters, including corporate documentation, board resolutions, powers of attorney, and legal record maintenance.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and cross-functional legal teams to address complex legal issues and support business objectives.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by developing legal processes, documentation, reporting tools, and knowledge-sharing resources.

• Contribute to Legal and GLN initiatives through stakeholder engagement, implementation of new solutions, legal technology enhancements, and mentoring of junior team members.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. The range of base pay for this role is 1 610 € - 2 600 €.

WHO YOU ARE:  

• Bachelor’s degree in law

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience at law firm or as in-house counsel and/or in legal outsourcing

• Advanced English (B2+) and native Slovak (C2)

• Experience with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements

• Basic awareness of Accenture offerings and function specific services performed, understands commercial agreements, legal and compliance fundamentals, general corporate business practices and contracting regulations

• Demonstrates promptness, accuracy and consistency with the activities supported, effectively manage priorities and stakeholder expectations, ability to work under pressure, with exposure to leadership

• Demonstrates keenness to learn and train in new processes and areas, able to assist with day-to-day support and to understand delivery requirements

• Detail-oriented, sound judgement, prioritization, organized, adaptable, team player who looks to build trust-based relationships, proactively helps new members

• Comfortable with technology and has experience in the use of tools & databases, good at using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

• Open to work with and understand cross-cultures and locations throughout Accenture global organization

• Collaborative and persuasive; able to work well with executives and non-executives

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in generic legal in-house matters, including but not limited to risk identification and mitigation, compliances, contracts, legal research, etc.
