Position Purpose: Responsible for the strategy, growth and general performance management of the respective Business Unit.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec.
- Works safely always.
- Extensive Experience Managing Large-Scale IFM Operations: Proven ability to oversee integrated facility management across multiple sites, ensuring seamless operational delivery, facility maintenance, and infrastructure management within complex manufacturing environments.
- Strategic Supplier and Vendor Management: Demonstrated success in managing and negotiating large contracts with suppliers and subcontractors for services such as labor, materials, and equipment across several facilities, optimizing costs and ensuring quality standards.
- Multi-Location Operational Leadership: Ability to coordinate and lead operations spanning multiple geographic locations, ensuring consistency in service delivery, safety standards, and operational efficiency.
- Large Purchased Services Budget Management: Experience managing significant budgets related to purchased services, including labor, materials, and subcontracted services, ensuring cost-effective operations across all sites.
- Client Relationship Management within Automotive Manufacturing: Strong background working with automotive clients, with a focus on meeting their specific facility and operational needs and building long-term strategic partnerships.
- Facilities Lifecycle and Maintenance Planning: Expertise in planning and executing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life in a multi-site environment.
- Operational Efficiency and Cost Optimization: Track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve service levels, and streamline operations across multiple locations.
- Experience with EHS and Regulatory Compliance in Large-Scale Environments: Deep understanding of environmental, health, and safety regulations, with experience ensuring compliance across multiple facilities, especially within manufacturing settings.
- Leadership of Large, Diverse Teams: Proven ability to lead large teams across different locations, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Financial Acumen in Multi-Location Settings: Ability to analyze and interpret financial data related to multiple facilities, including P&L, budgets, and cost controls, and to develop strategies to meet financial targets.
- Adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 respectively.

Position Qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Science Degree in a related field is preferred.
- 10 plus years of progressive management experience.
- Lean manufacturing/Lean Operations experience.
- Must be able to interact with customers and employees at all levels.
- Must have very strong leadership skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be extremely organized.

- Required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is moderate). Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for 4 -12 hours. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; stoop, or crouch.
- Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and focus adjustment.
- Work is performed in an industrial-manufacturing environment with occasional time spent working on a computer or at a desk.
