General Education Program Manager - Remote

Lincoln Tech's Corporate Education department is seeking an experienced and student-focused General Education Program Manager who will oversee the delivery, quality, and continuous improvement of our General Education programs. This role partners with academic leadership, faculty, and campus teams to drive student success, support faculty development, and ensure high-quality online learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with academic leadership to support program goals and initiatives
• Develop student outreach strategies to improve learning, attendance, retention, and satisfaction
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate online faculty
• Provide faculty coaching and professional development
• Monitor student performance and coordinate support resources
• Oversee course review and curriculum improvement efforts
• Partner with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop engaging course content
• Manage faculty budgets and payroll reporting in collaboration with Finance
• Analyze and report on student and program outcomes

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or a related field
• Online teaching experience and familiarity with LMS platforms, preferably Canvas
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience supporting faculty and improving student outcomes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and educational technology tools
