What You'll Do
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide high-quality therapy services, including EMDR interventions
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues to support client success
- Help advance our mission of improving access to mental healthcare in the community
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
- Fully licensed (LPC, LICSW, LMFT) or actively working toward licensure
- Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries
- Commitment to working with diverse populations
- Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office 365
- Insurance credentialing preferred
- Valant EHR experience is a plus
Clinical Supervision
For license-seeking clinicians, supervision opportunities may be available for LPC, LICSW, and LMFT tracks based on supervisor availability.
