Develop, launch, and optimize gamification mechanics to increase player engagement, retention, and lifetime value;
Analyze player behavior and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities;
Create and manage gamification campaigns, tournaments, missions, challenges, and loyalty programs;
Collaborate closely with CRM, Product, BI, and Marketing teams to deliver engaging player experiences;
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to introduce innovative gamification solutions;
Prepare reports and recommendations based on campaign performance and player insights.
2+ years of experience in Gamification, CRM, Product Marketing, Retention, or a related role within iGaming;
Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs, player segmentation, and retention metrics;
Hands-on experience managing gamification tools, campaigns, and engagement mechanics;
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment;
Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
Proactive, result-oriented, and detail-focused approach;
Ability to generate and implement new ideas independently;
