Fully Remote Client Protection Representative

Position Overview

AO Globe Life is seeking a Virtual Client Account Advisor to help clients learn about insurance protection options. You will support individuals and families by conducting virtual appointments, identifying their needs, and explaining products that may help protect their financial well-being.

You will receive training, mentorship, warm leads, and ongoing support as you build your remote career.

Responsibilities

• Work with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads

• Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments

• Build rapport and learn about individual client needs

• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Help clients understand benefits and available services

• Provide timely follow-up and responsive client support

• Maintain clear and accurate client documentation

• Participate in team coaching and training sessions

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
