Job Summary
We are hiring a Full Stack Shopify Developer for a remote, full-time role. This is an exciting opportunity for a developer experienced in Shopify Plus, custom theme development, and app integrations to work on high-impact eCommerce projects. You will collaborate closely with design, marketing, and product teams to build scalable, high-performing Shopify storefronts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Build and optimize Shopify storefronts for speed, performance, and conversion
- Integrate third-party apps, APIs, and custom backend services
- Customize Shopify Plus features such as checkout, scripts, and automation workflows
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into responsive web experiences
- Troubleshoot bugs, optimize code, and ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Implement SEO best practices and technical optimizations for eCommerce growth
- Stay up to date with Shopify platform updates and emerging eCommerce trends
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full stack development, with strong focus on Shopify
- Proven experience building and customizing Shopify stores (Shopify Plus preferred)
- Proficiency in Liquid, JavaScript (React or Vue is a plus), HTML, and CSS
- Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong understanding of eCommerce UX, performance optimization, and SEO
- Experience working in remote, agile environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
