Full Stack Product Engineer

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Our client is a fast-growing legal technology company focused on building AI-powered SaaS platforms for the legal industry. Their flagship platform is designed to streamline and automate the full lifecycle of bankruptcy case management, including lead generation, client intake, document collection, legal workflows, communication, accounting, and post-filing processes. As the organization continues expanding its portfolio of AI-driven legal technology products, they are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Full-Stack Product Engineer to help build, improve, and scale innovative software solutions that support law firms and drive long-term product growth.

Role Overview

The Senior AI Full-Stack Product Engineer will work directly alongside leadership to build and scale AI-powered SaaS products for the legal industry. The Senior AI Full-Stack Product Engineer will translate concepts, workflows, mockups, storyboards, and AI-generated prototypes into fully functional, production-ready systems while contributing to architecture, scalability, automation, and user experience. This role is ideal for a highly technical, product-minded builder who thrives in fast-moving startup environments and can rapidly iterate while maintaining strong attention to reliability, maintainability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

AI SaaS Product Development

• Build and improve AI-powered SaaS applications and internal platforms.

• Translate leadership concepts, workflows, and storyboards into functional product features.

• Replicate and enhance workflows created through AI-assisted development tools such as Claude and Bolt.

• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new product functionality.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement and scalability of AI-powered legal technology platforms.
  

AI & Workflow Systems

• Implement AI-powered workflows and automation features using modern LLM technologies.

• Optimize AI prompts, logic flows, and automation reliability.

• Support AI-assisted document processing, communication workflows, and operational systems.

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI and automation.

• Improve workflow effectiveness through ongoing optimization and refinement.
  

Full-Stack Engineering

• Develop and maintain frontend and backend systems across multiple legal technology products.

• Build dashboards, workflows, automations, client portals, and internal tools.

• Implement scalable application architecture and clean development practices.

• Troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, and improve platform reliability.

• Support long-term maintainability, scalability, and user experience improvements.
  

API Integrations & Automation

• Integrate third-party APIs and external services into platform environments.

• Build and maintain integrations with tools such as Twilio, SendGrid, Google Meet, BoldSign, and similar platforms.

• Implement complex business logic and workflow automation across multiple systems.

• Ensure reliable data flow, authentication, and API functionality.

• Maintain and improve integrations as business and product requirements evolve.
  

Collaboration & Product Execution

• Work directly with leadership during product reviews, planning sessions, and feature discussions.

• Participate in Zoom and Google Meet working sessions to review functionality and implementation progress.

• Operate with a high level of ownership, autonomy, and accountability.

• Contribute technical recommendations and product improvement ideas.

• Support product initiatives from concept through deployment and ongoing enhancement.
  

Qualifications Experience

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack software development.

• Strong experience building SaaS products and web applications.

• Experience working in startup or fast-paced product environments.

• Hands-on experience implementing APIs and automation systems.

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and modern AI workflows is strongly preferred.

• Experience developing and maintaining scalable software platforms.

• Experience working with cloud infrastructure and deployments.

• Experience building integrations between internal systems and third-party services.
  

Qualifications Skills

• Strong full-stack development capabilities.

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and Next.js.

• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Express, or FastAPI.

• Experience working with cloud infrastructure and deployments, preferably AWS.

• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, Firebase, Supabase, or MongoDB.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.

• Familiarity with AI APIs such as OpenAI APIs or Claude APIs.

• Highly resourceful and solution-oriented mindset.

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and rapidly evolving startup environments.

• Product-minded approach with the ability to think beyond implementation.

• Ability to move quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail.
