AI Summary

The role involves supporting developers by diagnosing platform issues, fixing bugs, and building internal tools. You will design and maintain full-stack features and secure REST APIs to improve the developer experience for healthcare applications.

We are building a platform that allows to easily build and launch secure healthcare applications.

In this role, your primary focus will be supporting the developers ("vibe coders") using our platform. You will sit at the intersection of engineering and technical support—diagnosing platform issues, fixing bugs, building internal tools, and ensuring our users have a seamless development experience. You will have full ownership over your tasks and the autonomy to make technical decisions that directly impact how our platform handles medical data at scale.

What You Will Do

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for our healthcare "vibe coders," diagnosing and resolving complex platform and code-level issues.

  • Design, build, and maintain full-stack features, internal tooling, and diagnostics that prevent developer friction before it happens.

  • Write optimized SQL queries, design robust schemas, and develop secure, type-safe REST APIs to expand platform capabilities.

  • Take features from concept to production end-to-end, while working closely with the core engineering team to loop developer feedback back into the product.

What we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years of commercial web development experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and modern state management.

  • Deep understanding of TypeScript for building robust, type-safe systems.

  • Solid backend experience with Node.js and REST/API development, alongside strong SQL skills (writing efficient queries, designing relational schemas).

  • Proven ability to own features end-to-end and work independently within a collaborative team setting.

  • Clear, professional English communication skills, both written and verbal, sufficient for direct customer and developer communications.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with the Cloudflare ecosystem (Workers, Pages, CDN/caching, DNS configuration).

  • Prior experience in a developer-facing role (Support Engineering, DX, or Technical Account Management).

  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards or security compliance (HIPAA, SOC2).
