About the job
- Design the data model and architecture for courses, instructors, skills, certificates, locations and equipment.
- Develop a rule based matching engine that checks feasibility across skills, certificate validity, availability, location and equipment.
- Build a planning dashboard with course calendar, resource view, utilization overview and certificate alerts.
- Integrate an LLM assistant via tool calling that translates natural language requests into deterministic queries.
- Set up the development and deployment environment
