Full Stack Developer

Orgenesis is seeking an innovative and results-driven Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and enterprise software solutions supporting business operations, manufacturing, quality systems, clinical programs, and corporate initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building both front-end user interfaces and back-end services while ensuring application performance, security, reliability, and scalability. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including product owners, business analysts, data engineers, quality assurance teams, and IT stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern web technologies, cloud platforms, databases, APIs, and software development best practices within highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Application Development

Design, develop, test, and deploy web-based applications.

Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.

Develop scalable back-end services and APIs.

Create reusable components and software modules.

Implement new features based on business requirements.

Ensure software solutions align with company standards and objectives.

Front-End Development

Develop modern web interfaces using:

HTML5

Build responsive applications for desktop and mobile devices.

Utilize front-end frameworks such as:

Optimize UI/UX performance and accessibility.

Collaborate with designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.

Back-End Development

Develop server-side applications and services.

Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.

Integrate front-end applications with backend systems.

Develop authentication and authorization mechanisms.

Implement business logic and data processing workflows.

Database Development

Design and manage relational and non-relational databases.

Write optimized SQL queries and stored procedures.

Maintain database performance and integrity.

Develop data integration and synchronization solutions.

Support reporting and analytics requirements.

Cloud & DevOps

Deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments.

Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and management.

Automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance tasks.

Monitor application performance and system health.

Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues.

Security & Compliance

Implement secure coding practices.

Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediation.

Ensure compliance with data protection and security standards.

Support audit and validation activities.

Protect sensitive clinical, manufacturing, and business data.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Develop unit, integration, and automated tests.

Perform code reviews and peer reviews.

Troubleshoot and resolve software defects.

Ensure software reliability and maintainability.

Participate in release planning and deployment activities.

Documentation

Create technical design documents.

Maintain system architecture documentation.

Document APIs, workflows, and development standards.

Develop user guides and operational documentation.

Education
