Full Stack Developer

Role Summary
We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer with at least 1 year of hard coding experience to build and ship features end-to-end. You’ll work on a React front end and a Firebase-backed backend, with a strong focus on clean UX/UI, automation, and fast iteration. Open-mindedness in using AI tools is a must.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain web app features using React (frontend) and Firebase (backend)
- Configure, deploy, and manage Firebase services (e.g., Hosting, Firestore, Auth, Functions as needed)
- Implement clean, user-friendly UX/UI and collaborate on product improvements
- Create automations to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks
- Use AI tools to speed up development, debugging, testing, and documentation while maintaining code quality
- Write maintainable code, handle bug fixes, and continuously improve performance and reliability

Qualifications (Required)

- 1+ year of professional or serious hands-on “hard coding” experience
- Strong React experience (components, state management, API/data handling)
- Solid experience with Firebase configuration and deployments for backend
- Comfortable with UX/UI fundamentals and building polished interfaces
- Experience building automations (scripts, integrations, workflows, or internal tooling)
- Open-minded and practical in using AI to improve productivity
- Can handle and resolve Merge PR in Github

Nice to Have
- TypeScript experience
- Experience with testing (unit/integration), CI/CD, or release pipelines
- Familiarity with design systems and accessibility best practices
- Experience with performance optimization and analytics
