Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Payroll Specialist
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Full-Charge Bookkeeper who can also handle Payroll and basic HR tasks.
This is a long-term remote role with a U.S. company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping (AP, AR, reconciliations, month-end close)
- Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance
- Support basic HR tasks (onboarding, offboarding, employee records)
- Handle invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments
- Maintain vendor records and manage payment schedules
- Prepare financial reports for management and CPA
Requirements:
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Experience with payroll and basic HR functions
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Trustworthy with sensitive and confidential information
Ideal Skills:
- Strong QuickBooks Online experience
- Payroll processing knowledge
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting
- Basic understanding of HR processes
