Job Purpose

As a Frontend Developer, you will be a key member of a high-performance team dedicated to building complex, enterprise-level e-commerce solutions. You will translate creative visions from UX/UI designers into functional, high-quality code while ensuring technical feasibility and optimal performance. Your role involves collaborating across the software development lifecycle to solve technical challenges and implement best practices that meet our clients' business objectives. By staying agile and methodical, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our development methodologies and the delivery of frictionless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-level e-commerce solutions by analyzing technical specifications and business requirements.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform visual concepts into functional, responsive HTML/CSS templates.
• Propose technical solutions and design patterns that align with industry best practices and project goals.
• Provide accurate effort estimates, status updates, and risk assessments for all assigned development tasks.
• Ensure the accuracy of technical documentation and maintain clear communication with project leads.
• Optimize client-side code for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Contribute to process improvements and the evolution of team development methodologies.
• Participate in project brainstorming and troubleshooting sessions to resolve complex technical issues.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of professional frontend development experience, specifically within e-commerce or complex web environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in hand-coding HTML5 and CSS3 using preprocessors like Sass or LESS.
• Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and modern libraries for cross-platform development.
• Experience with frontend grid systems, task runners (Gulp/Grunt), and responsive web design.
• Solid understanding of web accessibility, SEO principles, and UX best practices.
• Proficiency in debugging tools and client-side performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop for asset extraction and template creation.
• Intermediate English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global team.
