Your mission
Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, profiles,permissionsand security configurations
Monitor and manage data integrity, performing regular data audits,cleaningand migration
Provide first-level user support, troubleshooting issues andassistingusers with Salesforce functionality
Manage and track support tickets, ensuringtimelyresolution and clear communication with internal stakeholders
Identifysystem issues and document them clearly for escalation or resolution
Create andmaintainreports and dashboards to support business insights and decision-making
Create andmaintainautomation using Salesforce Flows and other declarative tools.
Provide Training and guidance to users totimproveadoption and effective user of Salesforce
Collaborate with cross-functional teams toidentifyopportunities for process improvement and system optimization
Your profile
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar Salesforce role, ideally in Sales and Service Cloud
Strong knowledge of user management, permission sets, profile and sharing settings
Strongexpertisein creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce, CRM Analytics experience is a plus
Experience in data management and related tools (such as Data Loader, Inspector Reloaded, Excel)
Working knowledge of Salesforce flows and declarative automation tools
