The Mission
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Frontend Architect to join our Cloud Native Applications team. In this role, you will own the architecture of modern, high-performance, real-time web applications built on AWS, from the first customer discovery conversation through production launch. You will design how the browser, the edge, and the API layer fit together, using technologies such as React, Next.js, GraphQL, AWS AppSync, Amazon CloudFront, and AWS WAF, and codify it all in Terraform. You'll partner with Design, Backend, DevOps, and Project Management to turn ambiguous business needs into scalable, secure, and delightful user experiences, and you'll raise the bar for the engineers around you. Base Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this position is CAD $152,000- $171,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Additional Compensation Components: In addition to the base salary, the compensation package may include bonuses, commissions, equity, and other incentives. The specific components will vary depending on the role and individual and/or company performance.
NOTE: This position requires current legal authorization to work in the country where this position is located. Caylent is not able to sponsor visa or work permit applications at this time.
