What your responsibilities will be:- Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail in French
- Provide assistance to businesses, improving their online appearance
- Troubleshoot login problems or other technical issues
- Assist businesses in doing necessary changes on their profile
- Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
Requirements
- Native/Near native French
- Fluency in English
- Basic Technical skills
- Good communication skills
