Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, professional, and empathetic client support to French-speaking users of FinTech products, including digital wallets, online payment systems, and financial management tools, via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Guide clients through account setup, verification processes, and the onboarding journey within the FinTech platform, ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every touchpoint.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client queries related to transactions, account security, payment processing errors, and platform functionality in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Educate clients on the features, benefits, and correct usage of FinTech products and services, promoting digital financial literacy and customer confidence.
  • Escalate complex technical or compliance-related issues to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring full transparency and timely resolution for the client.
  • Accurately document all client interactions, case notes, and resolutions within the CRM system in accordance with company protocols and data protection standards.
  • Contribute to achieving and exceeding key performance indicators including customer satisfaction scores, first contact resolution rates, and average handling times.
  • Stay informed on updates to FinTech products, industry regulations, and internal processes to ensure the highest standard of client advisory service at all times.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent French language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role — candidates must be able to communicate with full professional proficiency in French.
  • A valid EU passport or the legal right to work within the European Union is mandatory for this position.
  • A strong interest in or prior exposure to the FinTech industry, digital banking, cryptocurrency, online payments, or related financial technology fields is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service, client support, or contact centre environment — ideally within a FinTech, financial services, or technology-driven setting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.
  • Proficiency in English at a communicative level for internal team collaboration and training purposes.
