The job

As a Contact Center Agent (inbound sales), you will be making inbound calls to convince potential clients to sign a contract for this Belgian energy company. You will be doing this by chat, email and phone calls. For this job, your skills in convincing can come in handy. Additionally, you will also be doing some admin tasks.

Your daily work will include tasks like:

  • Comparing tarrifs of the company to other suppliers
  • Assisting with completing contract details
  • Handling general sales questions
  • Redirecting customer care or moving questions to the right department
  • Inbound calls to convince potential clients to sign a contract
  • Updating customer info
  • Following up on missing data via outbound calls
  • Helping and advising new customers with price calculations and giving them information that will help to sign a contract
  • Helping and advising existing clients with move requests, collecting information and registering the data into the system

Your qualifications
