The job

Are you passionate when it comes to food and wine? We think that passion fits living in Greece perfectly, but it would also make you the perfect fit for this position! As a Contact Center Agent, you will provide exceptional service to clients for a company that specializes in the home delivery of frozen food and wine. You will be working in a commercial environment. It will be similar to working in a shop where you serve regular customers while introducing them to new products. Your goal is to keep your clients happy while offering them additional products in a friendly and non-pushy manner.

Your daily work will include tasks like:

  • Making outgoing calls to existing clients to manage order and deliveries
  • Inform clients if the delivery date has changed and check for possible changes to their order
  • Contact clients who were not at home during the delivery to organize a new visit and review their order
  • Reach out to clients who want to place their orders before a planned delivery
  • Contact clients who havenโ€™t ordered in over six months to take their orders before major holidays such as Christmas, Easter, or summer holidays
  • Take orders directly via phone
  • Handle cancellations of appointments with the delivery driver, proposing new delivery dates
  • Manage requests to reschedule deliveries
  • Process requests from clients wishing to be removed from the database
  • Answer client questions regarding products, minimum order amounts, or dissatisfaction with previous orders

Your qualifications

๐Ÿ’ญ You speak and write French at a native level

๐ŸŽ“ Experience in sales is a plus.
