Freelance PR Admin Support

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Freelance PR Admin Support to support our PR team across multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the team with essential administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update media lists and databases
  • Track media coverage and assist in compiling reports
  • Support with press release distribution and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage timelines and deliverables
  • Assist with event logistics and basic coordination
  • Organise files, documents, and PR materials



Requirements:

  • Previous PR internship experience or PR support role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Experience in an agency environment is a plus



Engagement Details:

  • Freelance / hourly basis
  • Flexible hours depending on workload
