Freelance Recruiting Interviewer (On-Demand)

Talentuch is an international recruitment agency specializing in IT, Microsoft Dynamics, ERP, engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership roles. We recruit for companies across the United States, Canada, Europe, and other international markets.

We are looking for an experienced freelance recruiter to interview candidates sourced and scheduled by our recruitment team.

Responsibilities

• Review the job description and candidate’s resume before the interview.
• Conduct a structured video interview, typically lasting 25–40 minutes.
• Obtain the candidate’s consent to record the interview and store their data for recruitment purposes.
• Share the interview recording with the Talentuch team after the call.

Our sourcing team handles candidate sourcing, scheduling, and interview summaries.

Availability and Workload

This is an on-demand freelance opportunity. The number of interviews and working hours is not guaranteed.

The interviewer must maintain an updated calendar with available interview slots. Our sourcing team will schedule interviews during those times.

Compensation

• $20 per completed interview for junior and mid-level roles.
• $30 per completed interview for Director-level and more senior roles.
• Cancellations, candidate no-shows, and incomplete interviews are not paid.
• Payment includes preparation, an interview typically lasting 25–40 minutes, obtaining the required consent, and sharing the recording.
• The contractor submits a monthly invoice listing completed interviews.
• Approved invoices are paid monthly through Payoneer.

Requirements

• Previous experience conducting recruitment or HR interviews.
• Native-level English proficiency.
• Experience interviewing candidates for the US market.
• Warm, engaging, and professional communication style.
• Strong listening and candidate-evaluation skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional interview environment.
• Experience interviewing IT or technical candidates is preferred.
• US-based candidates are preferred but not required.

The opportunity may later expand to introductory calls with US clients for a contractor who demonstrates excellent communication and a strong understanding of Talentuch’s services.
